The founder of FSBO, Coly Sambrotto, recently hired a Realtor to sell his condo in Manhattan.? He?s now looking to work with Realtors on his latest venture, USRealty.com.? However, this new business will pay Realtors a commission if they bring a Buyer. The main focus is still aimed at reducing commission and transaction costs but they are cooperating with Buyer?s Agents.?

Sambrotto hopes to have a good working relationship with real estate agents while servicing?a niche market in housing. He says the site has drawn lots of interest from distressed sellers even though that was not their intended user group.? There is a distinct advantage to hiring a real estate agent to assist with distressed properties especially since they can provide resources, expertise, and guidance through the difficult process of closing a short sale or foreclosure. The Tampa Real Estate market has many licensed Realtors with specific expertise in negotiating short sales successfully.
