Google's Motorola Mobility has filed another patent infringement suit against Apple today, reports Bloomberg.

The complaint is the second that Motorola Mobility has filed at the U.S. International Trade Commission against Cupertino, California-based Apple. A copy of the new complaint wasn't immediately available. The Washington-based commission is scheduled to announce a final decision Aug. 24 in the earlier case, and could impose an import ban on the iPhone.

Apple had no comment.
