Some of the major gossip which hit the crowd includes marriage and divorce, bumper pre-nup agreements, cheating partners of celebrities, pregnant actresses, and ironically, everything except what really matters for their careers. The lives of actors and celebrities help us with stories which help us understand success and cautionary measures better. Some of us take inspirations from their lives for good, some for worse. Once a person becomes a celebrity, his or her life is no more private. Everything that they do reflects their personality and people tend to get curious about them. We don't even know these celebrities in real life, yet the frandula and their chismes are followed with craze unfathomable. We may blame our psychology for the desperate urge we have to gossip and spread the word, but truly speaking, we love to gossip. That is what makes these movie and celebrity related periodicals and columns so popular and center of attention.

Even the celebrity cover magazines sell more than non celebrity cover magazines. We even tend to follow these celebrities so blindly that it gives the companies the freedom to pay them handsome amounts to be the brand ambassadors for their products and endorse them, compelling the followers to buy those products, solely because we believe stories revolving around those celebrities. These stories are often responsible for making or breaking the careers of the actors and celebrities. Right from teens who are followers of Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez or the classic fans of Tom Cruise, Brangelina, Pitbull and Al Pacino, gossip follows all the genres of fan following.
